Who are we recruiting for?

A pioneering, award-winning maritime technology innovator that’s reshaping global shipping through cutting-edge clean tech. Backed by a strong leadership team, they are scaling fast – and they’re looking for a Programme Director to take the reins of their global project delivery operation.

What will you be doing?

• Leading a growing international team across the UK and Asia, with direct impact on the company’s global strategy
• Driving end-to-end project delivery from contract handover to installation, ensuring successful, profitable execution
• Enhancing and scaling global programme processes for complex marine projects in China, Singapore, Brazil, and Europe
• Managing executive-level client relationships and acting as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality engineering solutions to various client types including shipyards, classification societies, and ship owners/operators.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Proven marine/shipping leader with over 10 years of experience in global project/programme delivery
• Background in naval architecture or engineering with strong commercial acumen
• Confident working with shipyards, classification societies, and international clients
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal project management qualification
• Excellent communicator with experience managing matrix and cross-functional teams
